TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - A split Florida Supreme Court on Jan. 24 reinstated class certification in a lawsuit accusing a chain of mechanics of providing consumers with coupons that failed to disclose additional fees above and beyond the advertised price of certain services (James Soper, et al. v.
