Texas Women File Privacy Class Suit Over Revenge Porn Website

ORANGE, Texas - Seventeen women filed a class complaint Jan. 18 in a Texas court accusing GoDaddy.com of hosting and Texxxan.com of operating a "revenge porn" website that violates the privacy rights of the women whose photos and information appear on the website without their permission (Hollie Toups, et al. v. GoDaddy.com, et al., No. D130018-C, Texas Dist., Orange Co.).
