Unanimous Texas Appeals Panel Affirms Owner Negligence Caused Gas Well Accident

HOUSTON - An adverse judgment against the owner of a natural gas well that sued contractors for negligence and breach of contract to recover damages for an accidental ejection of well pipe was affirmed Jan. 31 by a unanimous panel of the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas (Fairways Offshore Exploration Inc. v.
