PHILADELPHIA - The Third U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Feb. 12 overturned summary judgment for a professional baseball team seeking indemnification from a facility management firm for a settlement in a personal injury case, concluding that the trial court erred in its ruling regarding the parties' maintenance agreement (Cheryl Rung, et al. v.
