California Judge Won't Stay Injunctions In Patent, Trade Secrets Dispute

SAN FRANCISCO - Although a defendant failed to persuade a California federal judge on Feb. 12 to stay outright two injunctions pending appeal, it did win modification of one of the orders as it relates to trade secret misappropriation (Brocade Communications Systems Inc. v. A10 Networks Inc., No. 10-3428, N.D. Calif.).
