COLUMBUS, Ohio - A claim by a former warehouse worker for retail giant Target Corp. that the company discriminated against him because he is black fails because he did not present any evidence that he was treated less favorably than similarly situated white employees, an Ohio federal magistrate judge held Feb. 13 (Mark Grant v. Target Corporation, et al., No. 2:10-cv-823, S.D. Ohio; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 19442).
