Conservationists Sue To Block TransCanada Pipeline

OMAHA, Neb. - (AP) Three conservation groups are suing to halt preliminary work on a proposed 1,700-mile-long oil pipeline from the tar sands of western Canada to Texas Gulf Coast refineries.
