Statute Of Limitations Began With Mesothelioma Diagnosis, Judge Says

WILMINGTON, Del. - The statute of limitations began running when surviving children learned of their father's death from mesothelioma, even if they didn't know their father worked with asbestos or the significance of the disease, a Delaware judge held July 8 (In re: Asbestos Litigation, limited to: Ronald Clineff, No. 08C-10-191-ASB, Del Super., New Castle Co.; 2011 Del. Super. LEXIS 309).
