Certified Wildlife Biologist  and independent consultant specializing in managing and writing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental impact statements (EISs) and assessments (EAs) and Endangered Species Act (ESA) Biological Evaluations and Assessments (BEs/BAs).

Project experience includes Forest Service and National Park Service NEPA reviews; energy development (transmission lines, pipelines, wind energy); sand and gravel mines; and marine transportation and overwater structure development.

Professional focus is on improving NEPA and ESA products and processes, including use of web-based platforms and tools. Current work in that area includes developing a relational database model for building Administrative Records and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) as a tool to better manage and support NEPA and ESA review and documentation.
