Arizona Appeals Court Reverses Dismissal Of Consumer Fraud Case

PHOENIX - In an unpublished opinion, an Arizona appeals panel on June 14 reversed a decision in a consumer fraud case related to the purchase of health care insurance, saying the plaintiff had set forth sufficient allegations to support his claims (Alan Larkey v.
