District Of Columbia Appeals Court Reverses Dismissal Of Medicaid Case

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals on June 8 reversed the dismissal of a class action case alleging that the District of Columbia systematically denies Medicaid coverage of prescription drugs, saying the plaintiffs have standing (NB, by her parent and next friend, Michelle Peacock, et al. v.
