Parents Sue In California Federal Court Over Flawed Mental Health Database

SAN FRANCISCO - A group of California parents on May 31 filed a federal class action lawsuit against a health insurance company, alleging that the defendant uses a flawed database to determine what payments will be paid for treatment of individuals who receive mental health care, resulting in lower levels of care and improper denials of benefits (Dennis F., et al. v.
