DETROIT - Plaintiffs accusing an insurance company of wrongfully denying beneficial treatment to autistic children asked a Michigan federal judge on June 5 to find that the defendant's decision was arbitrary and capricious (Michael Potter v. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, No. 10-14981, E.D. Mich.; See 8/3/11, Page 9).
