Government Seeks Dismissal Of Challenge To Insurance Exchanges In Health Act

ODMULGEE, Okla. - The federal government on Dec. 3 asked an Oklahoma federal court to dismiss a challenge to health care exchanges contained in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) for lack of jurisdiction (State of Oklahoma, ex rel. Scott Pruitt v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 11-30, E.D. Okla.; See 10/3/12, Page 7).
