TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey federal judge on Dec. 5 partially granted motions to dismiss brought by a health insurance company and a peer review assessment company in a wrongful denial of benefits suit and allowed the plaintiff to amend a portion of her complaint (Linda S.
