Arizona Judge Dismisses Remaining Claims In Health Care Reform Act Suit

PHOENIX - An Arizona federal judge on Dec. 20 dismissed the remaining claims from a challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) brought by Arizona residents and two U.S. representatives, finding that a state law did not preempt the act (Nick Coons, et al. v.
