HOUSTON - A Texas federal judge on Jan. 14 declined to remand a denial of health insurance benefits case to state court, saying that a subsidiary's principal place of business is not relevant for purposes of jurisdiction when it is an unincorporated division of a company (Brenda Coghlan v.
