Minn. Federal Judge Denies Injunction, Says Plaintiffs Can Practice Religion

ST. PAUL, Minn. - A Minnesota federal judge on Jan. 8 denied a preliminary injunction in a case challenging the "birth control mandate" contained in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) (Annex Medical Inc., et al. v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 12-2804; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 2699).
