Approval Of Class Action Settlement Sought; Some Defendants, Plaintiffs Oppose

NEWARK, N.J. - Plaintiffs and one group of defendants involved in a class action multidistrict litigation case involving a dispute over out-of-network reimbursement rates asked a New Jersey federal court judge on Dec. 7 to preliminarily approve a settlement while one group of defendants and another group of plaintiffs filed briefs on Jan. 7 opposing the settlement (In Re: Aetna UCR Litigation, Master File No. 07-3541, MDL 2020, D.
