Construction Owners File Appeals Brief Challenging Birth Control Mandate

CHICAGO - A construction company and its owners appealing the denial of their motion for a preliminary injunction to enjoin the implementation of the "birth control" mandate contained in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) on Jan. 28 filed their appeal brief in the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Cyril B.
