PITTSBURGH - Purchasers of health insurance from Highmark Inc. on Jan. 18 moved to withdraw their motion for preliminary approval of their settlement with Highmark of their antitrust claims, contending that Highmark failed to disclose information that demonstrated that the value of the proposed settlement was illusory (Royal Mile Company, Inc., et al. v.
