COLUMBIA, S.C. - At the request of parties in a health insurance payment dispute, a South Carolina federal judge on Feb. 5 certified questions to the state Supreme Court regarding the definition of "actual charges" (Diane Kirven v. Central States Health & Life Company of Omaha, et al., No. 11-2149, D. S.C.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 15191).
