Andrew L. Martin is Chief Court Attorney-Referee, Nassau County Surrogate's Court. He has also served as counsel to the EPTL-SCPA Legislative Advisory Committee since 1992. He received his B.A. from Columbia University in 1982 and his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 1985. He is a member of the Board of Editors for Warren's Heaton on Surrogate's Court Practice and is a frequent lecturer on trusts and estates topics.
