David Luber is an attorney located in Hollywood, Florida who focuses his practice on Probate, Wills, Estates and Inheritance Law. He went to law school in Fort Lauderdale and received his law degree (JD) at Nova Southeastern Law Center and his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami Law School. He received several awards during law school for leadership, service, and academic reasons. 

He served as a president of a local estate planning council, multiple terms as a chair of the Broward Probate and Trust Section, Jewish Federation Professional Advisory Committee, University of Miami School of Law Alumni Association director, taught a Probate class for Broward County paralegal students and has organized and hosted numerous probate and estate seminars. His blog was selected among the top 25 probate, estate and elder law blogs in 2011.  

David passed the Arizona and Illinois bar exams and is a licensed Florida attorney actively practicing probate and inheritance law throughout Florida. He is the founding attorney of The Estate Planning Law Firm, P.A.
