Pursuant to Delaware Administrative Directive 2011-6, the Delaware Courts have designated all Civil Miscellaneous Cases (Excluding Expungements) for e-filing through File & Serve effective Tuesday, November 15, 2011. Attached below is a list of the Civil Miscellaneous case types.
If your firm is interested in File & Serve training, we offer complimentary web based training classes. Simply log into File & Serve > click on the Resource Center > click on the Education & Training link > select Delaware from the drop down menu > click on the title fo the class to register.
