Please note that effective February 1, 2012, all Delaware Court of Chancery Arbitration cases are required to be electronically filed and served through LexisNexis File & Serve. All case information for current active arbitration matters will be transferred to LexisNexis File & Serve by the register in Chancery. All subsequent filings for those cases must be electronically submitted. LexisNexis File & Serve has established controls to preserve confidentiality and limit access to these cases.
In order to be able to "see" a Delaware Chancery Arbitration case on File & Serve, firms will need to call the court to get themselves added to the service list of the particular case. Once that occurs, you will have the ability to retrieve the case through the File & Serve tab or the Search function. If you have any questions about File & Serve, please contact our customer service at 888-529-7587.
