2nd Lawsuit filed against David Sokol and Warren Buffet in DE Court of Chancery

A second case has been filed alleging that David Sokol purchased significant holdings in The Lubrizol Corporation (“Lubrizol”) prior to recommending to Warren Buffett that Buffett’s company acquire Lubrizol.  Alejandro Gonzalez, et al. vs David L Sokol, Warren Buffett, et al., was filed in DE Court of Chancery on May 13th, 2011 at case no. 6485-VCL.

These guys don't make msieakts.  Does anyone really believe Warren didn't check his cell phone when *** Fuld called Warren for Lehman?  He was already in bed with GSVS like all the rest.  Top dogs for top dogs.Sokol probably just wanted to retire.  Since no one goes to jail, he's free.
