Over 250 boxes of paper have been saved by the County Courts in West Virginia Mass Tort Litigations! Litigators are using File & Serve to electronically file documents into the court, and to electronically serve each other, in mass tort litigation cases that are assigned to e-filing. When multiplying the number of pages electronically served in each transaction by the number of parties electronically served in each case, the result is over 2 million pages!!!
A new case will soon be placed on File & Serve from the Mass Tort Litigation Panel, saving even more trees!!
