The FHLBC v BOA case went live on LexisNexis File & Serve effective 6-30-2011 for mandatory eServe. Many of the participants are already File & Serve users, but for anyone in the litigation who might want training/refresher on the system, you can register via the Resource Center on the site or follow this link, http://www.lexisnexis.com/fstraining/, then look in the middle of the page for "Online Class Schedules" for attorneys and law firm staff.
