To meet the needs of paralegal students in Colorado, we have scheduled an additional LexisNexis File & Serve Paralegal Certification Workshop for Monday, November 14, 2011. Space is limited, so, please consider distributing this information to students who will soon be graduating or who have recently graduated. I have included the course description below for your convenience:
Course Description
This workshop is designed to provide a high level overview of the File & Serve system to paralegals and paralegal students who are currently not working in law firms. Participants will be introduced to E-filing and E-Service in Colorado, the courts and case classes enabled for e-filing, the process of e-filing and e-service using the File & Serve system, and the basic functionality of the File & Serve home page.
