I have scheduled several classes for firms to learn how to file and serve confidential documents. There are strict guidelines firms must follow to ensure that these documents are filed and served correctly. Any firm who anticipates having to upload these types of documents is encouraged to attend a complimentary training class.
The 30 minute class is called West Virginia E-filing Confidential Documents and is being offered at the following times:
February 14: 1:30 -2:00 pm ET
February 22: 11:00 - 11:30 am ET
February 28: 10:00 - 10:30 am ET
March 16: 10:30 - 11:00 am ET
To register for one of these classes, simply log into File & Serve > Click on the Resource Center link> click on Education & Training > select West Virginia from the drop down menu > click on the title West Virginia E-filing Confidential Documents to register. There is no cost to attend.
