The Indiana State Fair Litigation is transitioning from e-service to electronic filing and service effective June 22, 2012. Beginning June 22, 2012, you must electronically file and serve all your documents through File & Serve.

At this point, firms should have attended File & Serve training. If attorneys or staff still need to attend a training class, please contact Russ Hofer at russ.hofer@lexisnexis.com. File & Serve offers complimentary web training classes for all interested participants.

Now that the litigation is transitioning to e-filing, your transactions must be submitted in accordance with Indiana's Local E-filing Rules and must follow the guidelines of File & Serve's Special Instructions. There are unique rules that need to be followed to ensure proper docketing of pleadings into the cases. If the court "rejects" a transaction because it was not properly filed, you must resubmit the documents that were rejected.

Marion County Court will be using the calendar feature of File & Serve for scheduling hearings and other court events in the Indiana State Fair Litigation. Please be sure to search the calendar for any important court dates before calling the court.
