We are pleased to announce that effective Wednesday, March 27, 2013, the Commonwealth of Kentucky vs Merck & Co Inc Litigation, Civil Case Number 09-CI-1671 in Kentucky Circuit Court County of Franklin began using File & ServeXpress for electronic filing in addition to electronic service ("e-filing and e-service") of documents pursuant to the attached Order implementing electronic filing (Transaction Identification Number 51280929 on the File & ServeXpress system).

Please note, that E-filing has been implemented in this litigation and you will now see an additional option on the Review & Submit Tab of the Filing & Service process that you must select when e-filing documents into the Court for review:

We are pleased to announce that effective Friday, February 1st, 2013, the Mountain State University Litigation, Civil Action No. 12-C-9000 in The Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia will begin using File & ServeXpress for electronic filing and service ("e-filing and e-service") of documents pursuant to the attached Order implementing electronic filing and service. You are receiving this notice because your firm is party to this litigation.

As the attached Order references, registration and training for e-filing and e-service is mandatory even if a party has registered and received training for e-filing and e-service in other Mass Litigation cases.

It is important that all participating attorneys are registered members of File & ServeXpress by February 1st, 2013 so they will not miss service of important documents in this case. It is recommended that your support staff also register for User Accounts on File & ServeXpress so they have their own username/password. Training classes start as early as January 15, 2013 for your convenience, so be sure to register as soon as possible.
