Please take note of this important deadline:
All counsel in this litigation must register with File & Serve (obtain a File & Serve ID) immediately. Failure to register may mean that you will not receive notice of filings. You must register the users within your own firm. The court does not have the ability to register you.
How do I register?
Click on the Registration Instructions link above for step by step instructions.
What if I already have a File & Serve ID?
Your registration is complete.
How do I set up more of my firm's cases for electronic service?
Electronic service is initiated by submitting a motion and/or proposed order regarding e-service to the Court. Once the order has been signed and a file-stamped copy sent to me, it takes just a few days to set your case up for electronic service. Get the additional cases you want available for e-service on the system!
Contact me to request a sample motion or to discuss adding more of your firm's cases.
