Important Information for New Firms or Firms wishing to Upload New Cases in the In re: Fosamax Litigation, Atlantic County, NJ
If your firm is a new firm participating in the In re: Fosamax Litigation in Atlantic County, NJ and you and/or your party need to be added to the service list of an existing case or cases, please contact Eileen Oakes Muskett (EMUSKETT@cooperlevenson.com,) or Colleen O’Shea (coshea@cooperlevenson.com) at the law firm of Cooper Levenson April Niedelman & Wagenheim, (609-344-3161). This firm is responsible for adding all new participants to the In re: Fosamax litigation. Once Cooper Levenson is made aware of your updates, they will work with File & Serve to have your firm/participants added to the litigation and will let you know when your firm/participants have been added.
Existing participants: if you are adding any new cases or have any changes that need to be made to any of the existing cases please contact Colleen O’Shea (coshea@cooperlevenson.com) at the law firm of Cooper Levenson April Niedelman & Wagenheim, (609-344-3161). She will provide File & Serve with the necessary data to have cases uploaded or updated and she will contact you upon completion.
