How do I set up more of my firm's cases for electronic service?
Electronic service is initiated by submitting a motion and/or proposed order regarding e-service to the Court. Once the order has been signed and a file-stamped copy sent to me, it takes just a few days to set your case up for electronic service. Get the additional cases you want available for e-service on the system!

Online Training Classes for Law Firms Involved in MDL-2179

Online training classes will be available for law firms involved in MDL-2179 "Oil Spill by The Oil Rig "Deepwater Horizon" starting October 26. These classes will teach users how to send, retrieve and maintain their documents in an e-service case. Users will also learn specific rules and procedures regarding MDL-2179.

This class is for attorneys and law firm staff.

Classes will be held on October 26 and 28, and November 2, 4, 8, 16, 18 and 30, and December 2, 14 and 16. Classes will be held from 1-2 PM ET.
