After serving a document(s), the sender receives an email notification confirming that the transaction was successfully submitted. Both the sender and the authorizing attorney can access the served documents through their own Sent Items located at the File & Serve Home page. If you would like your attorney to receive an email notification when you serve a document, add him/her as an Additional Recipient.
Here are the steps:
1. At the Additional Recipients tab, enter your attorney’s first and last names and Click Find.
2. Your attorney’s name will be displayed.
3. Check the Document box and select Online as the delivery option.
4. Click the Review & Submit tab to complete your transaction or enter an additional name.
5. Your attorney will receive an email notification and a link to the document which will be sent to his File & Serve Inbox.
