Improve LexisNexis Alerts to include bold and links

Maybe this is already in the works for New Lexis? I get a monthly LexisNexis Alert (news and business) that's about 20 pages long. It would be great if these alerts (which are provided as e-mail messages or Word attachments to e-mail) could have (1) publication names or other segments in bold and (2) direct links to lexis.com.Now that everyone is used to the convenience of Google and various e-mail newsletters we receive with direct links, LexisNexis Alerts seem a bit cumbersome.
