Hotdocs/LexisOne: change manual renewal to automated

Currently the HotDocs/LexisOne renewal process is manual meaning that someone in Albany has to flip a switch. I think that you should convert this to an automated process so that the task is completed as soon as the check is received.

I would like to be able to get an idea of what people are using out of contract. I know my reps can pull those reports, but they don't always get an immediate response. I think adding the information to PowerInvoice would be really useful.
