After creating a Publisher or Lexis Alert and choosing relevant articles for publication, it would be great to have the ability to run an analysis on the SmartIndexing terms in the relevant hits to understand what are the best terms to use to tighten the search. For example, if I had 10 articles on a topic like "diversity in law firms," and the analysis tool showed me that 95% of the articles used a certain subject term, I could make sure to adjust my search to include that subject term.
Currently, I do this manually, scanning through the subject terms of the relevant hits I get and then revising my search to add the best, most frequent common terms along with the pre/3 #80plus# search string. There could be a checkbox that sends a note to our client manager such as:
"this idea was sent to LN via the Ideas and Innovations website by your customer. Please monitor the Ideas and Innovations website for updates on the idea and follow up with your client as necessary"

The information should be clear to the client manager where the information is coming from and what client sent it. I think it would improve communication greatly.
