"In this action, the United States seeks to declare invalid and enjoin the enforcement of certain provisions of Act No. 69, as enacted by the State of South Carolina on June 27, 2011, because such provisions are preempted by federal law and therefore violate the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution." - USA v.
