"The U.S. Congress and the executive branch have failed to establish immigration policies that would allow a sufficient  number of foreign-born doctors, nurses and other medical personnel to work in the United States, according to a new report released by the National Foundation for American Policy (NFAP), an Arlington, Va.-based policy research group." - NFAP, Nov. 12, 2012.
