Chinese Drywall Insurance Action Filed

I just obtained a copy of a complaint filed last week regarding insurance coverage in connection with Chinese drywall, which has been alleged to emit gases that cause physical problems and deterioration of property. As expected, the pollution/contamination exclusion makes a center-stage appearance.
