COLUMBUS, Ohio - A federal magistrate judge in Ohio on May 2 granted a contractor's motion for limited relief to conduct limited expedited discovery to seek production of two insurance contracts to determine the existence of additional insured coverage in order to decide whether to dismiss claims against insurance brokers (Slate Rock Construction Co.
