NEW ORLEANS - An insurer owes no coverage for underlying suits filed against its insureds after two employees died as a result of exposure to hydrogen sulfide vapors because the primary policy's employee exclusion and the umbrella policy's pollution exclusion preclude coverage, the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said May 6 (Texas Molecular Limited Partnership, et al. v.
