MIAMI - A Florida federal judge on April 27 denied an insured's motion to remand its Hurricane Wilma breach of contract lawsuit to state court, finding that two insurance adjusters were fraudulently joined and deciding to exercise the court's discretion to deny joinder of the insurance agents (Fontainebleau Gardens Condominium Association Inc v.
