California Federal Judge Susan Illston: Groundwater Contamination Injurious Acts Occurred During Policy Period

SAN FRANCISCO - Because it is clear that the acts that caused the injuries alleged in an underlying suit arising out of groundwater contamination occurred during relevant insurance policy periods, a California federal judge on April 22 denied the insurer's motion to dismiss the insured's claims (Richard L.
