Equipment Breakdown Insurer Owed Coverage For Gas Explosion Claims, Connecticut Federal Judge Says

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - Because the evidence available to an equipment breakdown insurer indicated that it would not be named in underlying suits arising out of a gas explosion, the insurer is owed coverage for the claims against it under an errors and omissions (E&O) policy, a Connecticut federal judge said May 19 (Hartford Steam Boiler Group Inc. v.
