TAMPA, Fla. - A commercial general liability insurance company has a duty to defend and indemnify allegations for property damage caused by the defective installation of Chinese drywall, a Florida federal judge ruled May 17, finding that the policy's pollution exclusion and sistership exclusion do not preclude coverage (Auto-Owners Insurance Co. v.
