SANTA FE, N.M. - The New Mexico Supreme Court on May 4 agreed to review the New Mexico Court of Appeals' finding that an insurer does not owe coverage for claims filed against an insured mining operator as a result of pollution discharges because the discharges were not sudden or accidental (United Nuclear Corp. v.
